Health Law

In the field of health law, we have a particular focus on the rights of the recipients of healthcare, for instance, the right to informed consent, parental rights related to the provision of healthcare to children, medical documentation and access to it, the right to the correct provision of medical care, and the right to dignified and equal treatment. Healthcare recipients and providers use our advice and help when they need to contact and/or be represented before the respective authorities (for example, the Health Care Surveillance Authority, self-governing regions, or the Ministry of Health of SR). We also train healthcare providers, their managers, and other healthcare workers at all levels on these aspects and help them develop internal rules and regulations.

It is a tradition for healthcare providers to rely on a broad range of our services because these enable them to meet their legal obligations under health legislation and manage their day-to-day business concerning employment, rental, commercial, and other legal relationships.
