Sports Law

We offer full-scale legal services related to professional and amateur sporting activity. Our lawyers represent sportspersons in sports litigation, complaints, and disciplinary proceedings before the Slovak Anti-doping Agency. We provide legal counseling on concluding contracts with clubs, agents, and sponsors and analyze potential breaches of contracts and termination consequences.

We advise sportspersons in various life situations , e.g., on company establishment, business cooperations and opportunities, the purchase/sale of real estate and vehicles, divorce, and the regulation of marital property.

We will happily provide legal aid and representation to other sports experts, such as administrative officers, coaches, referees, controllers, and instructors.

Sports organizations and clubs may approach us if they need to draw up or amend their internal rules, by-laws, regulations, sample and individual player contracts, sponsorship contracts, and advertising or licensing agreements.
